Way Too Easy White Chicken Chili
- 48 ounces great northern beans - drained and rinsed
- 3 cups shredded or diced cook chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 16 ounces green salsa
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- Your favorite chili fixin’s
I love this with green salsa but you can also you a thick and chunky red salsa. This is a great way to use leftover chicken. You can use dark or white meat or both. Too make it even easier pick up a rotisserie chicken. You can use 1 big 48 ounce jar of cooked great northern beans or 3 cans that are 15 ounces each.
