  • 16 ounces green salsa
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • Your favorite chili fixin’s

  • Serve in bowls with your favorite chili fixin’s on top.

I love this with green salsa but you can also you a thick and chunky red salsa.   This is a great way to use leftover chicken.  You can use dark or white meat or both.   Too make it even easier pick up a rotisserie chicken.   You can use 1 big 48 ounce jar of cooked great northern beans or 3 cans that are 15 ounces each.

Also, if the nutritional aspect should happen to follow, that’s certainly a plus. This dish more than meets all those standars It’s unbelievably easy and good, and you will not be dissappointed if you try it as I did for the football playoffs and this recipe fared better than the Packers by far!!

  8. This is actually a weight watchers recipe I have from years ago, except it didn’t include cumin. Sounds wonderful on a day like today!
