Ingredients
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese - softened a bit
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
- 4 tablespoons fresh snipped chives
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- With a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Then and sour cream and also beat until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and chives, saving a few chives and a little bleu to garnish the top with.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate at least a few hours or overnight.
- Serve dip chilled with a sprinkle of chives and bleu cheese on top.
- Serve with lots of fresh colorful veggies for dipping. It's also great with wings! Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
