Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced - (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Screw on the lid and shake hard. Keeps in the fridge for up to a week. Take out of fridge 15 to 20 minutes before using.Shake well before serving.
Notes
This vinaigrette will keep in the fridge for about a week.
