    I have a really easy recipe for potato dumplings which I make everytime I make spareribs and sauerkraut. It is 1 cup mashed potatoes (can use instant) cooled, 1 egg, 1 cup flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix everything together and drop in your hot soup or spareribs. I cover them for like 10-15 min and then 10-15 min uncovered. They are so good! This recipe comes from my Great Aunts Emily and Helen. Hope you all enjoy them as much as I do. Yikes now I am hungry for them…..

    Made this a few times and the family loves it. I add rice to this also. I made your dumplings and they turned out great. Always had trouble making them but this recipe was easy. Now I need your help with a recipe that is easy and good for stuffing. HELP! Love your recipes make soup once a week and use your slow cooker recipe, everything turns out great you are a life saver, now I need the recipe for stuffing. Going to use the chicken soup recipe with my left over turkey Thank you again Amy
