Hot Artichoke Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
- 1/2 lemon - juiced
- 1/2 clove garlic - minced
- 1 small (5 to 6 ounces) can crab meat - drained well
- 1 tbsp chopped red pepper - optional
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley - optional
Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together.
- Fold in crab.
- Spoon into a small to medium baking dish or pie plate.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Top with red pepper and parsley before serving.Â
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread slices, tortilla, or pita chips.
Notes
This can be made 2 days ahead and refrigerated before baking.  Got a bigger crowd? Double the recipe and bake in a bigger casserole dish.Â
