Cajun Crab Dip

Ingredients:
1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
a few dashes Louisiana hot sauce
2 to 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound imitation crabmeat, chopped
4 chopped scallions

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Cajun Seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese in a food processor or with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in scallions and crab. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with toasted French bread slices or crackers.

Notes:
You can also serve this dip warm. Spoon in a small casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 30 minutes or untll bubbly.
