2 pounds (about 7 cups) grapes red or green or both
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
Wash the grapes and pat dry. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and kosher salt. Add grapes, walnuts, and blue cheese. Toss gently to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
You can reserve some of the nuts and bleu cheese to garnish on top before serving.
