Cranberry Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette - cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 round Brie cheese - sliced into pieces
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Cranberry chutney or cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped Italian parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brush a little olive oil on the top of each slice of baguette and place onto a large baking sheet.
- Bake 5 to 10 or until they are a light golden brown.
- Spread each with piece of toasted bread with some of my homemade Cranberry Chutney or Cranberry Sauce.
- Top each piece with a slice of brie.
- Return to the oven and bake another few minutes until brie is melted.
- Serve right away with chopped parsley on top.
