Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip

Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Italian parsley
1/4 cup fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Directions:
Roughly chop the herbs. Put the cottage cheese and sour cream into a food processor and pulse for a few minutes or until the cottage cheese is very smooth. Remove mixture to a bowl. Stir in herbs and garlic salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
