Ingredients:
1 can refried beans
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 head of lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
Directions:
Mix the beans with garlic powder. Spread over the bottom of a 9×13 glass dish. Mix sour cream with packet of taco seasoning. Spread sour cream over beans. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.




I make one similar but brown 1 lb hamburger, mix with the taco seasoning. The sour cream is it’s own layer.
