1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 container (8 ounces) cold pack sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts, toasted

In a food processor or with a mixer, mix together first five ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Place cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap to form ball. Roll cheese ball in nuts. Chill until ready to serve. Serve on a plate surrounded by crackers or pretzels.
