  • 3 apples
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 lbs little smokies


  • Peel and slice apples. Cut onion into small slices.
  • Put apples, onions, brown sugar and little smokies in a crock pot on high for 1 hour.
  • Put on low for 4 hours, then serve.


I use macintosh apples. I always get requests for this recipe. Its easy and not the same old bbq kind of cocktail weiners.
