Ingredients
- 8 cups Watermelon - Cut in 1 to 2 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint
- 1/3 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk together lime juice and olive oil.
- Add in watermelon and fresh mint. Toss gently.
- Serve with feta cheese and a little black pepper on top.
