Watermelon Salad

Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 8 cups Watermelon - Cut in 1 to 2 inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl whisk together lime juice and olive oil.
  • Add in watermelon and fresh mint. Toss gently.
  • Serve with feta cheese and a little black pepper on top.
