2 cups heavy cream
6 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
Stir together the cream, milk, vanilla and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until hot and the chips are melted. Stir occasionally. You can also make this in a large soup pan on the stove. Stir often and heat on low heat until warm. Be careful not to burn. Serve in mugs with whipped cream and crushed candy canes on top.
