Bleu Cheese Dip

Bleu Cheese Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese - softened a bit
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
  • 4 tablespoons fresh snipped chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • With a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Then and sour cream and also beat until smooth.
  • Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and chives, saving a few chives and a little bleu to garnish the top with.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate at least a few hours or overnight.
  • Serve dip chilled with a sprinkle of chives and bleu cheese on top.
  • Serve with lots of fresh colorful veggies for dipping. It's also great with wings! Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
