cream cheese
softened a bit

sour cream

crumbled bleu cheese

fresh snipped chives

Instructions
With a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Then and sour cream and also beat until smooth.
Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and chives, saving a few chives and a little bleu to garnish the top with.
Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate at least a few hours or overnight.
Serve dip chilled with a sprinkle of chives and bleu cheese on top.
Serve with lots of fresh colorful veggies for dipping. It's also great with wings! Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
