Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing or dip mix
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 heads iceberg or romaine lettuce - cut up into 3 to 4 inch chunks
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 4 green onions - chopped
- 1 cup seeded and diced tomatoes
- 4 eggs hard boiled eggs - chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon - cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Mix together mayo, sour cream, dry Ranch dressing mix and black pepper.
- In a 13 x 9 pan glass baking pan place chunks of lettuce sprinkle the celery and all but 1/2 cup pf peas over the lettuce.
- Carefully spread mayo mixture over the top like you are icing a cake.
- Top with shredded cheese, bacon remaining peas, tomatoes, eggs and green onions.
- Cover with and chill for a couple hours before serving.
