sour cream

packet dry Ranch dressing or dip mix

freshly ground black pepper

heads
iceberg or romaine lettuce
cut up into 3 to 4 inch chunks

finely diced celery

frozen peas, thawed

green onions
chopped

seeded and diced tomatoes

eggs hard boiled eggs
chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

bacon
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Mix together mayo, sour cream, dry Ranch dressing mix and black pepper.
In a 13 x 9 pan glass baking pan place chunks of lettuce sprinkle the celery and all but 1/2 cup pf peas over the lettuce.
Carefully spread mayo mixture over the top like you are icing a cake.
Top with shredded cheese, bacon remaining peas, tomatoes, eggs and green onions.
Cover with and chill for a couple hours before serving.
