Grilled Lobster Tails

  • 4 to 6 small lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Melted butter
  • Lemon wedges


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise, exposing flesh.
  • Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs in small mixing bowl.
  • Brush mixture onto flesh side of lobster tails.
  • Place lobster onto grill and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tail.
  • Turn lobster once and brush with oil while grilling.
  • Remove from heat and serve lobster with warm melted butter and lemon wedges.
