Ingredients
- 4 to 6 small lobster tails
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves - chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Melted butter
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise, exposing flesh.
- Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs in small mixing bowl.
- Brush mixture onto flesh side of lobster tails.
- Place lobster onto grill and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tail.
- Turn lobster once and brush with oil while grilling.
- Remove from heat and serve lobster with warm melted butter and lemon wedges.
