Grilled Buffalo Wings
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken wings, washed and patted dry
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Bleu Cheese Dip, Best Bleu Cheese Dressing or Ranch dressing
Place the wings on a preheated grill. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Flip the wings over and continue to grill another 3 to 5 minutes or until skin is brown and crispy and chicken is cooked through. Heat butter and hot sauce together in the microwave or on the side burner of the grill. Brush wings with sauce the last couple minutes of grilling, or for more heat remove the grilled wings to a bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Serve with my Bleu Cheese Dip, Best Bleu Cheese Dressing or ranch dressing for dipping. Don’t forget celery sticks, too!
