Cool Cucumber Dip

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions:
Mix all together and chill for at least two hours before serving. Great with my Pork Souvlaki kabobs! Also great served over grilled chicken, lamb or pork. It can be used as a cool veggie dip too!
