1/2 cup instant espresso mix
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 tablespoon dry orange peel
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put everything in a blender. Mix until fine. Transfer the mixture to a jar/jars. Makes about 2-1/2 cups of the mix.
Add a label to the jar that says, “Cinnamon Orange Latte Mix: To prepare place 2 tablespoons of the dry mix in a coffee cup. Add hot warm. Stir well and serve. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like.
