Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings and drummies
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups Frank’s hot sauce
1 stick of butter
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Bleu Cheese Dressing

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Fill a large pot with water. Add salt and bring to a boil. Boil the chicken for 7-8 minutes, then drain off water. Dry chicken well with paper towels.

Line a large baking sheet or two with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Spread about chicken on the pan/pans. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes on one side, then flip the wings and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes on the other side or until crispy. In a small saucepan or in the microwave, heat up the hot sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss the hot wings in the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes:
Great served with my Best Bleu Cheese Dressing for dipping and lots of celery sticks too!
