Apple Walnut Brie

Ingredients
- 8 oz. round of brie
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 apple - peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts - coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup honey
- Assorted crackers and or sliced French bread
Instructions
- Melt the butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add apples and cook a couple minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the walnuts and honey and cook another 2 minutes.
- Put the round of brie on a microwave safe plate.
- Heat in the microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until it gets a bit soft.
- Pour apple walnut mixture over the brie round and serve right away with the crusty slices of French bread or crackers.
