Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Beat all the ingredients together. 
  • Drop onto baking sheets. 
  • Press down a bit with a fork.
  • Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cool about 10 minutes before eating.

  6. Used Splenda and they didn’t turn out at all.. Threw them away 🙁

      Hi Terri. Yes, you have to use sugar. Splenda won’t work. Sorry about that! They are really good and so easy!

  7. I’m not sure what I did wrong…I feel as though this recipe is fool proof…but mine just aren’t looking like cookies. More like blobs of cooked pb. ):

  9. If you want to dust these with regular sugar, do you do it before or after you bake them? I remember my mom’s pb cookies always had sugar on top, but don’t know if she did it before or after. Thanks!

    These cookies are awsome.I made term and I’m 12 so they were good.I added some extra non salted penuts……they worked ready good…..alltho…I had to cook them for 20 minutes

  11. just to let everyone know – it does not work well with natural peanut butter – just like in the jar, the oils do not blend well. The bottom of the pan fills with oil. Oh well, I am going to take them to the event anyways. Now I know.

  12. I MADE THESE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND AND KIDS THEY LVOED THEM. AND MY HUSBAND SAID THE BEST HE EVER HAD AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY TASTE THE PEANUT BUTTER. THEN I WNET TO RACINE AND MADE FOR MY TWIN SISTER AND HER HUSBAND THEY LOVED THEM. THANKS FOR SHARING THE RECIPE

  15. My very good friend use to make these when I asked her for the recipe the measurements changed every time mine never quite turned out. Now I know the correct measurements…Can chocolate chips be added just wondering….Do you use crunchy or smooth..
