These are wonderful! And great on Christmas day when you want homemade cookies and the stores are closed . Merry Christmas and thanks for making my sweet tooth happy .

Thanks Tom! I’m so glad you liked them! -Amy
Regular sugar or powdered sugar
Amy if I want more cookies, can I double or triple the amount of ingredients? Thanks Mary Kay
This recipe is the best.
Used Splenda and they didn’t turn out at all.. Threw them away 🙁
Hi Terri. Yes, you have to use sugar. Splenda won’t work. Sorry about that! They are really good and so easy!
I’m not sure what I did wrong…I feel as though this recipe is fool proof…but mine just aren’t looking like cookies. More like blobs of cooked pb. ):
Hi Sky. I’m not sure what went wrong either. I make these all the time and they turn out great! Sorry! Thanks! -Amy
Yes Rebecca, you can sprinkle a little sugar on top. But, definately do it before baking. Hope you love them. Thanks! -Amy
If you want to dust these with regular sugar, do you do it before or after you bake them? I remember my mom’s pb cookies always had sugar on top, but don’t know if she did it before or after. Thanks!
These cookies are awsome.I made term and I’m 12 so they were good.I added some extra non salted penuts……they worked ready good…..alltho…I had to cook them for 20 minutes
just to let everyone know – it does not work well with natural peanut butter – just like in the jar, the oils do not blend well. The bottom of the pan fills with oil. Oh well, I am going to take them to the event anyways. Now I know.

My very good friend use to make these when I asked her for the recipe the measurements changed every time mine never quite turned out. Now I know the correct measurements…Can chocolate chips be added just wondering….Do you use crunchy or smooth..
I don’t know about the chocolate chips. Try it and let me know! I use smooth peanut butter but I am sure crunchy would work too. Thanks! -Amy
