Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 box (3.4 ounces) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
1 egg
Pinch of cinnamon
8 slices Texas toast
A few tablesoons butter
Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
Warm maple syrup
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk the milk, pudding mix, egg and cinnamon together until well blended. Dip toast in pudding mixture, coating both sides. In a large skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Cook bread on both sides until golden brown. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup and fresh berries.

Do you think I would get the same results if I used the sugar free, fat free pudding mix?
Also where do I find the texas toast bread?

Yes Katie. Sugar free pudding mix I think would work, just make sure it’s cook and serve and not the instant. Texas toast should be found in most grocery stores in the bread aisle. It’s just a thicker cut of white soft sandwich bread so if you can find it regular bread works too. Thanks! -Amy
