Don’t let the name scare you! Got corn? Got tomatoes? If so, you need to make my Texas Caviar! It’s has nothing to do with real caviar. I don’t eat that stuff! But, this stuff you just CAN’T stopping eating! It’s the perfect summer, potluck, or game day munchie. And, the best part, it’s pretty much guilt free. It’s so fresh, so easy, and you can make it ahead of time. They went crazy over it when I made it on TV on the Fox 6 Wake-up show. Take a look! Good stuff, I promise!
