Ingredients:
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups plain M & M’s
Directions:
Cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in the large stand mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, soda and salt; mix until combined. Add M & M’s. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
