Are you ever too old to carve pumpkins? I don’t think so! It’s a family tradition in our house. The weekend before Halloween we get busy! If the weather is nice we try and keep it all outside. I’m on hot apple cider duty to keep us warm while we’re carving. I think I’ll make pumpkin spice doughnuts too! Both Riley and Ireland both get a big kick out of it and try to outdo each other. It’s a little messy, but it’s worth it! This year we have 15 pumpkins. Bob says we don’t need to carve all of them but, we’ll see.
I hope will be carving up memories for a long time to come! How many are you carving? Do you have any fun tips, ideas or pumpkin recipes? Please share!
