Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ cups caramel sauce
½ cup toffee bits
6-8 Granny Smith apples, sliced
Directions:
With a mixer, blend cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until smooth. Spoon into a glass pie plate or pretty bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Before serving, spoon caramel sauce over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle toffee bits on top. Serve with freshly sliced apples for dipping.

I want to try this. It looks really good. I was researching ways to keep apples from browning and came across soaking apple slices in 7-up. I hope it works.
I went to a halloween party and the host had made this dish… it was so delicious. She told me about The Cooking Mom and so I looked this up to get the recipe!
I saw Ireland make this tonight at Kiel and I will buy the ingredients tomorrow so that I can make this for the weekend. It looked delicious!!
Sound’s real good, can’t wait to make this .
