Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream cheese - softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 to 2 tbsp Caramel sauce
- ½ cup Toffee bits
- Crisp and crunchy apples - sliced (Tip: dip in lemon lime soda to prevent browning)
Instructions
- With a mixer, blend cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spoon into a glass pie plate or pretty bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving, spoon caramel sauce over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle toffee bits on top.
- Serve with freshly sliced apples for dipping.

I want to try this. It looks really good. I was researching ways to keep apples from browning and came across soaking apple slices in 7-up. I hope it works.
I went to a halloween party and the host had made this dish… it was so delicious. She told me about The Cooking Mom and so I looked this up to get the recipe!
I saw Ireland make this tonight at Kiel and I will buy the ingredients tomorrow so that I can make this for the weekend. It looked delicious!!
