2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup finely diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 to 2 cups ketchup
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup corn
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
Salt and pepper
10 to 12 hamburger buns

In a large pan, cook ground beef or turkey and onion until crumbly and cooked through. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add 1 ½ cups ketchup, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, corn, and beans. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens to desired consistency, adding more ketchup if it needs it. Serve warm on buns.

Absolutely awesome! Used leftovers the next day on a salad with a little sour cream and that was a hit too! Thanks for the recipe!
