Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:
2 8oz. Salmon Fillets
¼ cup thick Teriyaki sauce (I like Totally Teriyaki brand)
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Place fish skin side down in a baking dish. Spoon teriyaki sauce on fish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. You can also grill fish. Drizzle with a little oil and base with sauce the last couple minutes of grilling. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Great with stir fry vegetables and rice or couscous. Serves two.
