How does this freeze?
Hi Jan,
Leftovers freeze great! You might want to add a bit of extra BBQ sauce if needed. -Amy
How many servings?
Hi there. This makes about 12 to 14 sandwiches depending on how much pork you pile on. Thanks! -Amy
This MN grandma travelled to TN for grandson’s first birthday. Made this recipe for family and friends celebrating with us…received many compliments — guests included folks from TN and Mississippi! Will definitely make again.
Thanks Linda for sharing! I’m so glad my pulled pork was a hit! -Amy
I am going to make this. Thanks for the idea.
TRIED THIS RECIPE AND IT WAS VERY GOOD MADE IT FOR A PARTY AND ALL THE GUESTS LOVED IT .
Delicious the ginger ale leaves a little spiciness, so easy and family friendly you can use any brand of barbecue sauce, not having to make from scratch really adds the ease of the recipe.
