Strawberry and Bleu Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 2 cups strawberry - cleaned, hulled and sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds - toasted
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese - crumbled
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar - or honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid shake together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar or honey.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, nuts, and cheese. Save a few nuts, strawberries and bleu cheese to decorate the top.
- Dress salad lightly right before serving. Top with the extra nuts, bleu cheese and strawberries.
- Extra dressing can keep in the fridge for up a week.
