Ingredients:
24 baked and buttercream frosted cupcakes (I love to use my Death by Chocolate Cupcake and Buttercream Frosting recipes to make these)
Fall colored sprinkles
24 Stripes cookies
24 mini Reeses peanut butter cups, unwrapped
1 box strawberry fruit rollups
24 fruit flavored Tic Tacs
Extra frosting

Directions:
Top frosted cupcakes with sprinkles. Place a cookie on top of each. Place a bit of frosting on the top of each peanut butter cup. Secure it to the middle of the cookie to make it look like a hat. Decorate each hat by cutting fruit rollups into thin strips. Wrap around the peanut butter cup. Place a colored tic tac in the middle of of the fruit rollup strip.

Notes:
I use a piping bag and my homemade Buttercream Frosting to make these. You can also just use a can of frosting and frost by hand. In a real hurry with no time to bake? Just pick up store bought frosted cupcakes and decorate the tops!
