    Dear Amy
Your recipe for the Pork Tenderloin was out of this world. My kids loved it even though I forgot to add the butter into the reserved sauce. I also made your recipe for the asparagus with the bacon to go with it which worked out wonderful. My granddaughter, Lily mashed the potatoes and used anything could come up with out of the frig but it was Christmas so it was Perfect. Happy New Year and thanks for the recipes.

Hi Amy, Do you think this would be enough to serve 6 adults for X-Mas dinner and what would you suggest serving with it?
    Thanks and Happy Holidays

  3. What seasonings did you use? I notice seasonings on the top in the picture, but nothing is listed in the ingredients list. I will be trying this recipe soon. Looks delicious!

Hi Karen. You can add a little fresh rosemary or thyme at the end. Maybe a little salt and pepper too. It’s my favorite! Hope you like it too! Thanks! -Amy
