  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 whole chicken - cut up


  • Whisk first 4 ingredients together.
  • Line a 9×13″ pan with foil.
  • Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in pan.
  • Pour honey mixture over chicken, turn the chicken to coat with the sauce.
  • Bake at 425 for 40 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
