Heavenly Grape Salad
Ingredients:
1 block (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 pounds seedless grapes (I like to use both red and green)
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans (optional)
Directions:
Use a mixer to beat together the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Fold in the grapes. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle nuts on top right before serving. Notes: Sometimes after I beat together the cream cheese and sour cream I mix in 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk to thin about the dressing a bit. It just depends if I want the dressing a bit lighter. You can also use plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream or 1/2 cup sour cream and half cup yogurt.
