4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 packet (1 ounce) dried Italian salad dressing mix
2 (10 /12 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock
4 ounces cream cheese
Hot cooked angel hair pasta
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh chives or parsley

Place the chicken in crockpot that has been sprayed with cooking spray or use a liner. Season chicken with a little salt and pepper. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in salad dressing mix, soup, cream cheese and wine or stock. Stir until heated and smooth. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over angel hair pasta with Parmesan cheese and chopped chives or parsley on top.

  3. I was gien this recipe a few years ago and my family lives it. We shredd the chicken before serving and also throw in green beans the last few minutes of cooking.
