Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of Oreo cookies - finely crushed
- 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping - thawed
- 1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese - softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- King size cupcake liners
- Mini flower pots
- artificial flowers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Mix in whipped topping until smooth.
- In another bowl whisk together pudding and milk until it thickens.
- Line flower pots with cupcake liners.
- Fill pots 1/3 full with crumbs.
- Spoon in some of the cream cheese mixture and then top with some pudding.
- Top with crumbs to resemble dirt.
- Decorate the top of each dessert with flowers.
- Makes about 8 desserts, depending on the size of your pots.
