Chocolate Cream Pinwheels

Ingredients:
1 can seamless crescent rolls
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Use a mixer to beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth. Unroll the crescent roll sheet. Stretch dough out slightly in the shape of a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the crescent sheet, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges without the mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cream cheese. Roll the crescent sheet up tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Slice the crescent roll into 1/4″ slices. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm out of the oven.
