Chocolate Pecan Pie

1 unbaked pie crust
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups pecan halves
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Flour
1/4 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Press pie crust into a pie pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust. Next place pecans on top. In a blender, blend all remaining ingredients together. Carefully pour mixture over the pecans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie on a foil lined baking sheet for 50 to 55 min.

    in the recipe it has an A1/2 cup butter should that be 1 1/2 cup butter and then also for the bourbon and salt? What is the correct amounts of those three ingredients? Thanks

      All the ingredients are listed correctly. 1/2 cup of butter, melted and 1/4 cup bourbon and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Thanks! -Amy
