Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 slices thick-cut thick-cut Bacon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pound fresh Brussel sprouts or frozen and thawed and cut in half
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and crumble.
- In the same pan you cooked the bacon in, melt the butter with the bacon drippings.
- Add onions and sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss the bacon back into pan.
- Serve right away.
