Grilled Asparagus with Bacon and Feta Cheese

Grilled Asparagus with Bacon and Feta CheeseIngredients:
6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 pounds asparagus stalks, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta
Juice from half a lemon
Zest from half a lemon

Directions:
Toss asparagus in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over direct heat a few minutes on each side. Don’t overcook. Arrange on a platter. Squeeze lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and lemon zest on top. Serve right away.

    Amy,
    This recipe looks wonderful, I plan to make it for Easter, this recipe does not say how many people it will serve, how do I change the recipe to feed up to 16 people?

      Hi Sandy. These serves about about 6, so I would at least double or even triple the recipe for 16 people. Hope that helps. Have a wonderful Easter. I love asparagus and this is one of my favorites! Thanks!
