Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 to 2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin, cut in 1 inch pieces
Several skewers, if using wooden skewers be sure to soak for a few hours before grilling
Cool Cucumber Dip

Directions:
Whisk first 5 ingredients together. Place pork in a glass bowl or re-sealable bag and pour the marinade over the top. Marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade. Thread a few pieces of pork on each skewer. Grill over high heat until pork is cooked through to 145 degrees. Serve with Cool Cucumber Dip.
