These look so much cuter than just putting out sliced cheese and sausage! Just skewer chunks of summer sausage on wooden toothpicks along with assorted cubes of cheese. You can use cheddar, co-Jack, Swiss or if you can take the heat, Pepper Jack too! Along with cheese and sausage, dress up these mini kabobs by adding black or green pitted olives and/or cherry tomatoes. Perfect for game day because you can make them ahead! Once again, rock star status, but it was so easy! Love that!
