Crockpot Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients:
16 ounces honey roasted or dry roasted peanuts
32 ounces almond bark (vanilla flavored)
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
4 ounces German chocolate bar (by Baker’s)
Parchment or wax paper
Optional garnish: sprinkles or crushed candy canes

Directions:
Layer ingredients into a slow cooker, starting with the peanuts. Cover. Cook for 1 hour on low temperature. Do not stir. After 1 hour stir mixture. If it’s not all melted stir every 15-20 minutes until melted. Turn off crockpot. Use a 1 tablespoon scooper to scoop out candy from crockpot and onto parchment paper. Top with sprinkles if desired. Let cool.
