Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
In a medium-sized saucepan carefully heat together heavy cream and
garlic until it just starts to simmer. Whisk in the crumbled bleu
cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm with sliced
beef tenderloin, steaks, or prime rib.
