1 pkg. (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed and divided
24 Nilla Wafers
4 cups assorted fresh berries (save a few berries to decorate the top)
Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix and beat until smooth. Beat in half of the whipped topping. Place about 1/2 cup berries in the bottom of a pretty glass. Next, layer some of the pudding mixture on top, and then 3 to 4 vanilla wafers on top of that. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Before serving uncover and top each parfait with a large dollop of the remaining whipped topping and a few berries. Makes about 8 parfaits depending on the size of your glasses.
